My name is Lynsey, I’m a 47 year old mother and have just become a grandmother. 

I am a Reiki Master, Silver Violet Flame Master and practitioner of many other energy healing modalities, plant medicine facilitator, and advocate for self transformation and empowerment. 

With over three decades of personal experience including battling addiction to both street and prescription drugs, anxiety, depression, CPTSD, fibromyalgia and other health issues, I left a domestic abusive relationship after almost 2 decades, survived a coma, learned to walk again, I’ve been in prison, overdosed, had OCD and eating disorders that I have overcome. I have been to some really dark places. I have not only survived but also learnt to thrive after enduring profound personal loss, including the suicide of both my father and partner. 

After years of struggling with intense emotional, psychological, and physical pain, I decided to stop using pharmaceutical medications as they weren’t working for me anymore. I wanted to deal with the root issue as holistically as possible. I managed to find solace and healing in Reiki and other energy healing modalities and herbal/plant medicine, which sparked a deep journey of self-discovery, self-love, and empowerment.

Through these modalities, I am now able to transmute the pain of the past into a source of my strength,  stepping into my inner calling as a safe space holder for women.
